This October, Unbridled Spirit 7 hosted an event at the farm with Whatcom Intergenerational High School. The entire school was invited to enjoy this event.
Starting us off was Two Feathers a Local Drummer and Singer, Native American affiliated with seven local tribes. He played his Drum and Sang his songs for us, welcoming everyone to the farm and to this work.
Rotating between the Creative Pathways Arena, where students work together on a goal. Then creating an obstacle course of pathways and obstacles, for their horse to make their way through with the help of their team.
The Wellness Barn! Giving students the opportunity to learn about essential oils, tapping and breathing techniques.
The small area area, where students had a choice to work with mini horses, Llama or Goats. A chance to hold one of our bunnies or even pet a baby chick!
At the pond was a circle in nature with a local elder, William John students affectionately call Mr. Bill. He taught shared lessons, songs and stories with students.
